This policy describes how nvlab (“we”, “us”) treats information when you use the MagnifierPlus app. We keep it minimal.
MagnifierPlus uses the device camera to magnify text and objects for accessibility. Processing for core features happens on your device.
Video from the camera is used to show the magnified view and related features (for example, freeze frame) on your device. Granting camera access is optional in the system sense, but the app needs it to function as a magnifier.
Settings and preferences may be stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us by MagnifierPlus as part of normal use described above.
The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s privacy practices apply to that platform. See Apple’s privacy policy for details.
The app is intended as an accessibility tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app as described here. If you have a concern, contact us.
We may update this page occasionally. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do.
